After you submit the form, we’ll review your details and contact you (usually within 1 business day). We’ll confirm your funding type (self/plan-managed etc.), what support you’re looking for, and help you book your first OT session.
We aim to get you booked in ASAP. Timing depends on clinician availability and appointment type, but we’ll offer the earliest options that match your schedule.
No — you don’t need a referral to start OT. If you’re using NDIS funding, we may ask for basic details (e.g., plan type, plan manager info, goals) so we can set things up correctly.
Yes. Your information is handled securely and confidentially in line with Australian privacy standards. Telehealth appointments are delivered via secure systems.
Telehealth OT sessions are done via secure video call. We’ll send you a simple link before your appointment—join from your phone, tablet, or computer from home.
No stress. Submit the form and we’ll help you work out whether OT is the best fit—or if another support (speech, psych, support coordination) makes more sense for your goals.
Medicare rebates may apply if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP and meet eligibility requirements. Rebates vary depending on your situation and session type.
A safe, clear space to chat and (if relevant) move around—living room is perfect.
• Any supports you already use (wheelchair, walker, shower chair, splints, utensils, communication device, etc.).
• Access to key areas we might look at (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, entry/steps—only if it’s relevant).
• A support person welcome (family/support worker) if you’d like help answering questions.
Yes. We support NDIS participants and can work with self-managed and plan-managed funding (and other arrangements depending on your situation). If you’re unsure what you are, we can help you confirm it.
